Cere Dussault, MBA, CPP
Founder
Cere strives to maximize client support by streamlining processes for small business owners in a variety of industries. Her 20+ years of experience includes working for small startup companies as well as large Fortune 500 companies. Since founding Ursa Accounting in 2019, Cere has focused exclusively on supporting small businesses as their Fractional Controller.
Over the years Cere has transformed financial systems for multiple clients, assessing and upgrading their processes to ensure financial records are compliant with government regulations. Her experience includes, financial reporting, month end close, account reconciliation, system implementation, workflow automation, metrics monitoring, variance analysis, budget tracking, project cost accounting, grant and contract financial management.
When Cere isn't in the office she enjoys traveling, paddle boarding and spending time with her family and her energetic standard poodle.

Business Promotion
Dyani uses her technological prowess and natural creativity to promote the services that Ursa Accounting provides. This includes website design, promotional flyers, and creating webinar content.
Dyani's great passions in life are tea, chocolate, linguistics, and sustainability. She enjoys trying new food with her husband and snuggling her elderly German Shepherd.
